TOMB RAIDER: ANNIVERSARY GAME

Tomb Raider: Anniversary is one best game in my list. It is full action and adventures. It was developed by Crystal Dynamics and Buzz monkey Software. It was published by Eidos Interactive in 2007 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable, Wii and mobile phones. It was later ported to OS X in 2008 and PlayStation 3 in 2011. Anniversary is a remake  of first Tomb Raider game released in 1996.

Here we have to control the Lara Croft, a female character have quest for the Scion for Atlantis. This character is fully accessed with navigation controls and also do cool moves while fighting and passing through obstacles. Player have to use his own logic to solving the problems and access the next path. The game includes 14 levels set across four locations around the world. Lara can jump, climb and shimmy along ledges and vertical poles or ladders, crawl through small spaces, and swing on ropes and horizontal poles. Other abilities include interacting with object and switches, using a grappling hook to latch onto special ring for both puzzle solving and environmental traversal, and swim and dive underwater for a limited time. Different button combinations can create more moves such as a roll and swan dive.

The mysterious puzzles block progress through the levels until Lara solves them by activating switches of finding and using keys hidden within the area. These involve avoiding traps and timed environmental elelments. In some sections, the player must pass quick time events by reacting to control prompts that appear on screen. While exploring, Lara can find large and small Medipacks that can heal damage suffered during gameplay, items which allow progress through a level or the larger game, and hidden artifacts and relics which unlock rewards such as costumes once collected. Once completed, a time trial is unlocked for each level with further bonus features unlocking once the time trail is completed successfully.

During combat, Lara automatically locks on to enemies and fires with her equipped gun, with the player able to switch to another target within range and move freely to avoid enemy attacks. Animal enemies can grab and knock Lara down, leaving her vulnerable to damage until she breaks free of rights herself form a fall. Tougher enemies become enraged and charge at Lara after being shot a number of times. When they close in, time slows and Lara can dodge the incoming attack, allowing her time to counterattack. A special attack triggered during this time is a head shot when two targeting reticles overlap; a head shot kills a standard enemy and deals high damage to boss characters. Lara has access to four different weapons in combat; her default twin pistols with infinite ammunition, and three secondary weapons- a shotgun, dual .50 caliber handguns and duel miniature submachine guns- with different attack power and limited ammunition which is picked up during levels. Should Lara die during gameplay, she restarts from the previous checkpoint.

MEDAL OF HONOR : ALLIED ASSAULT

Medal of Honor : Allied Assault is first person-shooter and strategic game developed in 2015. It is the third edition of Medal of Honor series. It was published by Electronics art and released for Microsoft Windows in 2002. After 2002, it is also available for Mac OS and Linux. The game uses id Tech 3 engine, with modifications from Heavy Metal F.A.K.K. to stimulate infantry combat in the European and North African theaters during World War II.

Playable Modes

Single-player 

In the game player have to control the Lt.Mike Powell of the United States Army Rangers who works for the Office of Strategic Services. This mission involves assaulting German bases in Algiers and Norway, Storming Omaha Beach on D-Day, and rescuing comrades behind enemy lines in occupied France. This game is also compared with Steven Spielberg's 1998 film Saving Private Ryan; many of the levels are direct quotations of the scenery (or even complete sequences as in the Omaha Beach mission) in the film. Omaha Beach was re-created in Medal of Honor: Frontline for consoles.

Multiplayer

To play this game in multiplayer mode. We must have to configure a server and type after that we can choose our allied force members and weapons. The game using a point system, adding points for the number of kills and rounds,  deducting points for suicides and addition of death points for getting killed.

Multiplayer contains four different modes. Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Round Based and Objective. 

Deathmatch : In this mode player has to kill everyone else and get the highest score, Team Deathmatch in which a team has to kill other teams and get the highest score.

Team Deathmatch : In this mode player has to kill other other teams and get the highest score.

Round Based :  This is similar to Deathmatch but counts the rounds instead of the score.

Objective : This mode player must win the most rounds by completing missions.

Other Fan-made modes are also available for enhancing gameplay are "Freeze Tag" which is similar to Deathmatch but player is finished off by being frozen, "Capture the Flag" Which requires a player capture the other's team flag and take it back to base in the shortest time, "Basebuilder" which requires a team to use preset items and get the highest score and "Countdown" in which a player is required to hold an item for a length of time to preserve the team' life meter.

➤  Medal of Honor : Allied Assault Spearhead

      

The first expansion pack for Medal of Honor : Allied Assault. It re-enacts 3 major European  Theater battles through the eyes of Sgt. Jack Barner (voiced by Gary Oldman), a paratrooper of the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airbone Division. Barnes lands behind the Atlantic Wall on D-Day in Normandy, holds  the line near Bastogne in the Ardennes during the Battle of the Bulge and infiltrates Berlin before the Red Arm begins their attack. The expansion has several new weapons added to the player's arsenal in Spearhead including the Russian PPSh-41 and the British Lee-Enfield.

Spearhead received a "Silver" sales award from the Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA), indicating sales of at least 100,000 copies in the United Kingdom.

➤ Medal of Honor : Allied Assault Breakthrough

This is the last expansion pack for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault The player takes the role of Sgt. John Baker of the US 34th Infantry Division. This campaign covers the Battles of Kasserine Pass, the turning point of the North African campaign, the fall of Bizerte, the Allied invasion of Sicily in 1943, the bloody Battle of Monte Cassino, followed by the amphibious landings and defense of the beachhead at Anzio, Italy and finally, the battle of Monte Battaglia in September 1944. It adds the Spearhead weapons and some Italian weapons as well as newer British weapons such as the De Lisle Carbine and the PIAT anti-tank weapon.

CALL OF DUTY 1 GAME first person shooting game made by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. This game represents World War II situations and contains infantry and combined arms of World Ward II. This game have high quality graphics and very smooth control for player.  In this game we have to control the infantry soldier which controls several types of firearms in the game. Each mission contains several objectives which displays on the compass, player must contains the objectives to complete the mission. It have quick save and load features. We can exchange weapons with left over weapons of dead soldiers. While using machine guns we can toggle between shooting modes( single shot or automatic). Also player can use fixed weapons mounted in battlefield like, heavy machine guns, tanks etc. The game uses health bar for describing the life of a soldier. To maintain health player have to found Medikits that are distributed over the battle area.

Call of Duty also featured "Shellshock"( not to be confused with the psychological condition with same name): When there is explosion near the player he momentarily, experiences the simulated condition tinnitus, appropriate sound "muffling" effects, blurred vision, and also results in the player slowing down, unable to sprint.

The main point of this game is to create battle conditions like World War II. Player have do mission with his team and lead the team. player have to give cover to his team, suppresive fire, and grenades. Al- controlled player takes cover behind walls, barricades, and other obstacles when available.

Prince of Persia : The Two Thrones is interesting game developed by Ubisoft Montreal. It was released in December 2005 in North America for the Xbox, Microsoft Windows, Playstation 2, and the Nintendo Gamecube. It have new enhanced graphics and sound effects. In The Two Thrones, Prince's deadly skills extended. It have new speed kill combo. This speed kill helps prince to kill dangerous enemies silently without losing any power and this skill also looks attractive. Prince can do such speed kills while coming silently from behind the enemy or or upon the enemy while moving in poles or horizontal shutters. If player does not complete the speed kill, the enemy knocks him off and speed kill fails. The amount of moves or the length of time required depends on how strong the opponents are. The same system  is also used in some of the boss battles. The Prince also develops dual personality, known as the Dark Prince, and this alter ego constantly bickers with him in his mind about  Right or Wrong. At times, Prince physically transform into the Dark Prince. These transformations are scripted and not controlled by the Player. The prince becomes normal when he comes to water.
